In year 2006, we completely satisfied ROHS requirements, and purchased XRF testing machine in order to make sure all materials to pass ROHS standard.

 2).  REACH Around year 2008, we kept an eye on REACH, specially the plasticizer used for PVC: Phthaltes. Through cooperating and monitoring PVC suppliers, our products have been prohibited from having DEHP, DBP and BBP. And our products have been tested and analyzed by international safety testing organizations to make sure our products are fully satisfied REACH requirements.  3).  Phthalates  Nowadays, more and more people understand the hazard of Phthalates, for fulfilling customers’ requirements, our company has already invented PVC flexible cord with no any Phthalates component, and it’s well used for children products  4). Low smoke halogen-free and flame resistance wires and cables  When PVC flexible cord is fired, toxic gas will be released, such as hydrogen halide, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, etc, it not only affect the rescue of accident, but also cause life hazard. We expect that this material will gradually fade out to manufacture flexible cord, so that, we actively invent low smoke halogen-free and flame resistance wire and cable, and related safety approvals are obtained.
